Challenge
Running a staffing operation means juggling clients, workers, weekly hours, invoices, margins, loans and payroll cost estimates — usually across spreadsheets and disconnected tools. The admin work grows with every placement, and margin per client is invisible until someone builds the numbers by hand.
Strategy
Model the weekly staffing cycle — hours in, invoice out, margin visible — and build the platform around it, module by module. Multi-company from day one, bilingual (Dutch and English), and designed for daily operational use, not occasional reporting.
Solution
A custom internal platform with a live dashboard (margin and hours per week, sick leave, open invoices), a CRM for client companies and workers, weekly time entry, invoicing with margin per period and payment tracking, loan management, reports and a proforma gross/net payroll cost calculator. Internal software — it runs the business and has no public site.
