Reto

Brothers Mixture makes bottled cocktails in Paramaribo, runs two Smoothie & Cocktail Bars and hires out a mobile bar for weddings and company events. Until October 2026 none of that had a website. Orders came in through WhatsApp and Instagram, and the Instagram account sits behind an 18+ age gate, so anyone without an account saw nothing at all.

Estrategia

I built the site first and asked afterwards. It was made from their own posts and sent to them by email and WhatsApp. The copy follows how they already talk: the headline, A Fesa Neh Stop, is Sranantongo taken from their captions, and product names stay as they are in both languages. Every button opens WhatsApp with the message already written in the visitor's language, because WhatsApp is where they take orders today. There is no shop or CMS to maintain, which keeps the running cost low.

Solución

A bilingual site, Dutch by default with English alongside, where products and services sit apart. Products are the three bottled formats: 3.78L jugs, 1L bottles and 250ML pouches. Services are the mobile bar in four versions, a bar training for bar managers and mixologists, and bartenders and waiters for hire. An event form turns the booking details into a WhatsApp message. Bars, hotels and liquor stores get their own section to ask about selling the bottles, next to the five places that already do. Every photo is the client's own, and the client approved the Dutch copy before launch.

The work, up close

The products section on purple: seven 250ML cocktail pouches in different colours next to the heading 250ML Pouches
Products: one bottled format per screen, ordered on WhatsApp
The services section on black: "Wij brengen de bar. Jij brengt de mensen." beside a cut-out cocktail cup
Services: the mobile bar, bar training and staff for hire
The stockist section on white: a heading inviting resellers to sell the products, with a red Wild Sex bottle on the right
Stockists: bars, hotels and liquor stores ask to sell the bottles
The services section on a phone: "Wij brengen de bar. Jij brengt de mensen." above a cut-out cocktail cup and the first of the four bar types
Mobile: the version the owners and their customers actually open

Proceso

  1. 01Research from their public posts: products, prices, addresses and opening hours, each with its source
  2. 02A working site sent as the first message, before any meeting or quote
  3. 03Deal closed in person, then the scope reworked into products, services and stockists
  4. 04One round of client feedback, applied in both languages
  5. 05Launched on their own domain with Search Console, structured data and hreflang
