Digital reception for small businesses

Your website should keep working when you can't answer

DPINES builds multilingual digital reception for service businesses and small properties. It answers the questions you get every day, takes requests in the visitor's own language, and hands your team something it can act on.

A visitor types in plain language on the left. On the right, the request assembles itself into something your team can schedule.

The problem

Most enquiries arrive at the worst possible moment

  • Calls that come in while your team is on a job.
  • Visitors who arrive on the website after closing time.
  • People who would rather type than phone anyone.
  • Customers whose first language is not yours.
  • The same handful of questions, answered again and again.
  • Details that arrive scattered across texts and voicemails.

For home services

Bilingual lead receptionist

For HVAC, plumbing, electrical and similar trades where the website's only call to action is a phone number.

  1. 1A visitor describes the problem in their own words.
  2. 2The system asks only what is needed, in English or Spanish.
  3. 3Your team receives a structured service request.

For hospitality

Digital guest concierge

For guesthouses, small hotels and serviced apartments without a front desk at every hour.

  1. 1The guest scans a QR code in the room. No app.
  2. 2Routine questions are answered from your own information.
  3. 3Real requests arrive at reception, already organised.

How it works

Four steps, and none of them are yours to run

  1. 01

We set it up for your business

Your services, your area, your hours, your tone. Nothing generic.

  2. 02

It goes on your website or a QR code

No new platform to learn and nothing for your customers to install.

  3. 03

Visitors ask in their own language

The system answers what it can and collects what it cannot.

  4. 04

You follow up on a complete request

Everything needed to act, in one place, instead of scattered messages.

Languages

  • English

Both products, out of the box.

  • Español

    Home services and hospitality.

  • Nederlands

Hospitality, for Suriname and the Netherlands.

Three languages today. We would rather name the three we support properly than claim every language and handle none of them well.

Questions

The things people ask before saying yes

No. It is added to the website you already have, or reached through a QR code. Nothing is rebuilt.

Yes. That is most of the point. It answers and collects requests whenever someone arrives, including nights and weekends.

Yes, for the home services product, and the visitor can switch language mid-conversation without losing what they already said.

No. It handles the repetitive first contact so your team spends its time on the work only people can do. It does not diagnose, quote or promise anyone will arrive.

Not yet. Today it captures and organises the request, including the time window the customer prefers, and your team confirms. Calendar integration is something we can scope during activation, not something we pretend already exists.

Yes. The services, service area, hours, tone and the questions it asks are all configured for your business before it goes live.

Days, not weeks, once we have your business information. The slow part is usually collecting accurate details, not the build.

No. The monthly fee can be cancelled any month.

No. It runs on your own website or from a QR code, so it does not depend on WhatsApp, Meta or any account your customers need to have.

They are sent to the address you choose. We keep the demonstration data minimal on purpose and do not build a customer database you have to manage.

Put your website to work after hours

Tell us about your business and we will reply with a fixed activation price. No account, no card, and no call unless you want one.
